Barley, better known by his street name, Fisher, is a character in Lampblack City and a member of The Butcher Gang. He possesses a cartoonified Bristolian accent. He one threatened to sock an Anonymous User in the jaw, then threatened to get Striker to do it[1]. Humorously, his secondary occupation is fishing.

He has a mostly black body, a white face, and a long nose. He has the classic pie eyes of the era he was made in, and he has an eyepatch over his right eye. He has a long white beard, and he wears a sweater, a white sailor hat, and boots.
Personality[]
He thinks hugs are weird, and may not know what they are[2]. Like Piper and Striker, he likes to drink alcohol, and he is blackmailing Alice Angel. He dislikes Bendy greatly, to the point where he was joking put into a "Get Along" shirt with him[3]. He appears to be fairly lazy, as he fell asleep while fishing in a post[4].

- According to HG, if he socks someone in the jaw, they'll have a "very sore jaw", showing he is fairly strong.
